PEMBUATAN SISTEM POMPA IRIGASI TETES BERBASIS GRID DENGAN JARINGAN NRF DUSUN AMOR-AMOR KABUPATEN LOMBOK UTARA
Manual irrigation systems are less than optimal for proper irrigation. Farmers need to water the plants one by one in a
traditional way. Each soil has a different water storage capacity so that soil moisture is still considered. However,
farmers find it difficult to monitor soil moisture conditions, because it takes a long time. So it is very likely that the
growth of some plants is less than optimal and results in crop yields, especially in areas that lack water. This can be
realized with the Internet of Things (IoT) technology. This system will create a drip irrigation system that only flows
water on a grid chart where the soil is dry, and stops flowing water when the soil is considered sufficient. This system
works based on the existing soil moisture monitoring system. Data will be received using nRF24L01 which functions as
a humidity data transceiver in the system so that the irrigation system can work. nRF24L01 is very suitable for all
conditions, because the irrigation system is in an open area, and there are lots of trees that are at risk of blocking the
data transceiver. The development of this system is carried out on land located in Amor-amor Hamlet, Gumantar
Village, Kayangan District, North Lombok Regency. Based on the results of hardware testing that has been carried out,
it is obtained that, in testing the solar panels and batteries, the energy produced by the solar panels is strongly
influenced by light and temperature. The drip pump test that was tested on the nRF24l01 data communication showed
that the transceiver's ability to transmit data was up to 700m. The influence of electromagnetic waves causes, the
farther the distance between the transceiver and the receiver will weaken the signal in sending information.
