PENGARUH VARIASI PANJANG KUMPARAN ALAT MAGNETISASI BAHAN BAKAR BERBASIS ELEKTROMAGNETIK TERHADAP UNJUK KERJA MESIN BENSIN 4 LANGKAH 1 SILINDER
Gasoline is an oil fuel that cannot be renewed, therefore saving and increasing the quality of fuel oil are very important, therefore many people compete to create tools to save fuel, one of which is to provide treatment for fuel before entering the room burn or before experiencing the combustion process. The method that can be used is the application of a magnetic field (electromagnetic) because this equipment uses a coil that is quite simple. This study aims to find out how the influence of the use of electromagnetic-based fuel magnetization tools with variations in coil length to torque, effective power, and specific fuel consumption on a four-step one cylinder gasoline engine. Variations in the length of the coil used are 30 mm, 60 mm and 90 mm. The results showed the use of electromagnetic solenoids with a length of 90 mm coil increased torque and effective power of 15.73%, at engine speed 1500 rpm and decreased fuel consumption by 16.17% at 3000 rpm engine speed, when compared with experiments without using magnetization tool.
